I’m a UX Researcher and Designer with a background in customer service and professional baking. After almost a decade of providing user-centric solutions and designing delightful experiences through desserts for upscale celebrations, I decided to pursue user experience design in the digital space.

Transitioning from customer support to user experience design feels like a natural progression, as the user or customer has always been at the center of my work. My goal is to create user-focused and accessible design solutions.

I look forward to a rewarding and creative career with continued responsibility for user-centric solutions. What I love most is the opportunity to create a memorable and distinctive experience; melding empathy with creativity inspires me.

Outside of design, I am a collector of vintage furniture, a master of tasty sweet treats, and an active outdoor enthusiast. I enjoy sharing my passions and learning from others.
